RecruitingThis research study is addressing issues related to Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), which is a chronic autoimmune disorder that affects over 60,000 Veterans. With close monitoring and timely treatment adjustment, the investigators can stop the natural progression of IBD, improving health-related quality of life (HRQOL) and reducing flares and hospitalizations. However, it is difficult to closely monitor Veterans with IBD between clinic visits. There is a critical need for solutions that support close between visit monitoring of Veterans with IBD. The Measurement-Based Care (MBC) for IBD study will take a systematic approach to collect, share, and act on patient reported outcome (PRO) data that can be used to achieve close monitoring. MBC supports patients' in managing their condition and boosting their confidence in their ability to handle their symptoms and disease, and also supports care teams in early recognition of health issues. The investigators will work with both Veterans and their care teams to understand and assess this program so it can be a model for future initiatives.

RecruitingThe purpose of this protocol is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of tulisokibart in participants with moderately to severely active Crohn's disease. Study 1's primary hypotheses are that at least 1 tulisokibart dose level is superior to placebo in the proportion of participants achieving clinical remission per Crohn's Disease Activity Index score (\<150, US/FDA) or per stool frequency and abdominal pain score (EU/EMA) and in the proportion of participants achieving endoscopic response at Week 52 (US/FDA and EU/EMA), and that at least 1 tulisokibart dose level is superior to placebo in the proportion of participants achieving clinical remission per Crohn's Disease Activity Index score (\<150, US/FDA) or per stool frequency and abdominal pain score (EU/EMA) and in the proportion of participants achieving endoscopic response at Week 12 (US/FDA and EU/EMA). RecruitingUlcerative Colitis (UC) and Crohn's Disease (CD) are long-term conditions in the gut that can cause diarrhea, swelling (inflammation), bleeding from the anus, and belly pain. The main aim of this study is to check for how many participants with UC and CD signs and symptoms disappear after 3.5 months (14 weeks) of treatment with Vedolizumab (this is called remission). Participants will be treated with Vedolizumab for approximately 1 year (50 weeks). During the first 1.5 months (6 weeks), participants will receive Vedolizumab as an infusion in the vein (called intravenously). After this, participants will receive Vedolizumab as an injection under the skin (called subcutaneously) for the rest of the treatment. Participants for whom the treatment does not seem to work well after 3.5 months (14 weeks) will stop treatment with Vedolizumab and can change to another treatment and also there will be additional required visits at 6 months (26 weeks) and at 1 year (52 weeks). All participants will be checked again 4.5 months (18 weeks) after their last treatment with Vedolizumab. During the study, participants will visit their study clinic several times.

RecruitingVedolizumab is a medicine that helps to reduce inflammation and pain in the digestive system. In this study, children and teenagers with moderate to severe Crohn's disease will be treated with vedolizumab. The main aim of the study is to check if participants achieve remission after treatment with the vedolizumab. Remission means symptoms improve or disappear and an endoscopy shows no signs of inflammation. Participants will receive 3 infusions of vedolizumab over 6 weeks. Then, those who have a clinical response will receive either a high dose or low dose of vedolizumab once every 8 weeks. They will receive the same dose every time.

RecruitingStudy participants will be screened during the platform study and randomly assigned to receive mirikizumab or another intervention. The purpose of the mirikizumab study is to evaluate efficacy, safety, tolerability, and how well mirikizumab absorbs into the body of pediatric participants with Crohn's disease. RecruitingThis phase Ib trial studies the side effects of nivolumab and to see how well it works alone and in combination with other treatments, such as ipilimumab, cabozantinib, platinum containing therapy, and fluoropyrimidine, in treating patients with autoimmune disorders and cancer that has spread from where it first started (primary site) to nearby tissue, lymph nodes, or distant parts of the body (advanced), to other places in the body (metastatic) or cannot removed by surgery (unresectable). Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab and ipilimumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Cabozantinib blocks certain proteins, which may help keep tumor cells from growing. It may also prevent the growth of new blood vessels that tumors need to grow. Cabozantinib is a type of tyrosine kinase inhibitor and a type of angiogenesis inhibitor. Chemotherapy drugs, such as platinum containing therapies and fluoropyrimidine, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving nivolumab alone and in combination with other treatments, including ipilimumab, cabozantinib, platinum containing therapy, or fluoropyrimidine, may be safe, tolerable, and/or effective in treating patients with autoimmune disorders and advanced, metastatic, or unresectable cancer.

RecruitingThis is a multinational, multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, Phase 3 induction study, comprised of 3 sub-studies, to evaluate the efficacy and safety of duvakitug in participants with moderately to severely active CD. Study details include: The study duration may be up to 35 weeks with: * Up to 5-week Screening Period. * 12-week Sub-Study 1 (Single Arm Open-Label Feeder Induction) or Sub-Study 2 (Pivotal Induction). * 12-week Sub-Study 3 (Extended Induction for non-responders). * 6 weeks (45 days) follow-up period for participants who do not enroll into the Pivotal Maintenance Study (EFC18327). The treatment duration will be up to 12 weeks in each sub-study. The number of scheduled study visits for participants who continue to the Pivotal Maintenance Study (EFC18327) will be up to 8 (Sub-Study 1 and Sub-Study 2) and up to 15 for participants who enroll in Sub-Study 3.
