RecruitingThe purpose of this first-in-human study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), pharmacodynamics (PD), and preliminary efficacy of AMG 410 when administered alone or in combination with other agents in participants with advanced or metastatic solid tumors harboring KRAS alterations. This is a dose-escalation study in which participants will be assigned to multiple dose levels (DLs) of AMG 410, either as monotherapy or in combination with other agents, followed by expansion cohorts. The goal is to determine the Maximum Tolerated Dose (MTD)-the highest dose with acceptable safety and manageable side effects-or the Recommended Phase 2 Dose (RP2D) of AMG 410 in adult participants with KRAS-altered advanced or metastatic solid tumors.

The primary goals of the study are to assess overall survival and progression-free survival. RecruitingThe goal of this pragmatic trial is to learn if telehealth strategies can increase shared decision-making (SDM) for lung cancer screening (LCS). It will also learn about the equity of these strategies by conducting non-inferiority analysis by race and sex. The main questions it aims to answer are: 1. Does patient outreach using synchronous and asynchronous telehealth strategies increase completion of SDM visits for LCS? 2. Is the effectiveness of these telehealth strategies similar by race and sex? The study uses a Sequential Multiple Assignment Randomized Trial (SMART) design and includes two stages of interventions. The first stage of intervention includes direct patient outreach with an invitation to schedule either a 1) telehealth SDM visit or 2) telehealth or in-person SDM visit. Participants that do not respond to the first stage interventions receive a text message reminder encouraging SDM visit completion with or without digital care coordination.

RecruitingThis phase III trial compares the effect of adding chemotherapy to immunotherapy (pembrolizumab) versus immunotherapy alone in treating patients with stage IIIB-IV lung cancer. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Chemotherapy drugs work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving pembrolizumab and chemotherapy may help stabilize lung cancer.

The main questions if aims to answer are: * Does CP-383 slow or stop the growth of cancer in patients with advanced cancer * What medical problems do participants have when taking CP-383 Researchers will test CP-383 in all kinds of cancers at various dose levels to determine what the best dose is to study further. Lung Cancer RecruitingResearch indicates that perceived stigma within medical encounters is prevalent and problematic for lung cancer patients' well-being and quality of cancer care. Promoting empathic communication appears to be a potentially effective intervention target to help reduce patients' perceptions of stigma within clinical encounters; however, no formal trainings exist that focus on teaching empathic communication to oncology care providers (OCPs). Building upon favorable findings from a prior R21 (R21CA202793) and the importance of developing interventions to address lung cancer stigma, our goal is to conduct a national trial of empathic communication skills (ECS) training to facilitate improvements in the medical and psychosocial care of patients through de-stigmatizing interactions with OCPs for patients diagnosed with lung cancer.
