Ovarian Cancer RecruitingOvarian cancer is a lethal disease with an estimated 310,000 new cases and 200,000 deaths experienced worldwide in 2020. The purpose of this study is to assess the adverse events and change in disease activity of mirvetuximab soravtansine with carboplatin, or bevacizumab (Bev), or bev alone in participants with ovarian cancer (OC). Participants must have confirmation of folate receptor alpha (FRa) positivity by the Ventana folate receptor 1 (FOLR1) Assay. Mirvetuximab Soravtansine (MIRV) is an investigational drug for the treatment of OC. Participants will be assigned to 1 of 3 substudies and further into groups called treatment arms. In substudy 1, arms A-C, participants will receive 1 of 2 doses of MIRV with Bev, or Bev alone. In substudy 2, arms D and E, participants will receive 1 of 2 doses of MIRV with carboplatin, followed by MIRV alone. In substudy 3, arms F and G, participants will receive one of two doses of MIRV with BEV and carboplatin, followed by MIRV with BEV. Approximately 400 participants will be enrolled in the study at 100 sites around the world. Participants will receive intravenously (IV) infused MIRV with IV infused carboplatin, or IV infused Bev, or IV infused carboplatin and Bev, or IV infused Bev alone. The total study duration will be approximately 40 months. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic and may require frequent medical assessments, blood tests, and scans.

RecruitingCancer is a condition where cells in a specific part of body grow and reproduce uncontrollably. The purpose of this study is to assess adverse events and change in disease activity when ABBV-400 is given to adult participants to treat advanced solid tumors. ABBV-400 is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of advanced solid tumors. Study doctors put the participants in groups called cohorts. Cohorts 1-8 receive ABBV-400 alone (monotherapy), cohort 9 receives ABBV-400 with a strong CYP3A3 inhibitor (ITZ), and cohort 10 receives ABBV-400 with bevacizumab. All cohorts are followed by a safety follow-up period. Approximately 325 adult participants with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), biliary tract cancers (BTC), esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC), triple negative breast cancer (TNBC), hormone receptor+/human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 negative (HER2-) breast cancer (hormone receptor-positive \[HR+\]/HER2-breast cancer \[BC\]), head and neck squamous-cell-carcinoma (HNSCC), Platinum Resistant High Grade Epithelial Ovarian Cancer (PROC)/primary peritoneal/fallopian tube cancer, or advanced solid tumors, will be enrolled in the study in approximately 54 sites worldwide. In cohorts 1-8, participants with the following advanced solid tumor indications: HCC, PDAC, BTC, ESCC, TNBC, HR+/HER2-BC, HNSCC, and PROC/primary peritoneal/fallopian tube cancer will receive intravenous (IV) ABBV-400 monotherapy, in cohort 9 participants will receive IV ABBV-400 and an oral solution of ITZ, and in cohort 10 participants will receive IV ABBV-400 and IV bevacizumab, for up to 3 years during and up to the treatment period with an additional safety follow-up period of up to 2 years. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at an approved institution (hospital or clinic). The effect of the treatment will be frequently checked by medical assessments, blood tests, questionnaires and side effects.

RecruitingCancer is a condition where cells in a specific part of body grow and reproduce uncontrollably. The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and efficacy of neoadjuvant carboplatin and mirvetuximab soravtansine in participants with folate receptor alpha (FRα) -expressing advanced-stage serous epithelial ovarian, fallopian tube or primary peritoneal cancer (EOC). Mirvetuximab Soravtansine (MIRV) is an investigational antibody drug conjugate designed to selectively kill cancer cells. The antibody (protein) part of MIRV targets tumors by delivering a cell-killing drug to cancer cells carrying a protein called folate receptor alpha (FRα). This is a single arm study in adult participants with advanced-stage Fédération Internationale de Gynécologie et d'Obstétrique (FIGO) III-IV FRα-expressing serous EOC. Around 140 participants will be enrolled in the study at approximately 80 sites in the United States. Participants will receive intravenous infusion of MIRV in combination with carboplatin on day 1 of each cycle, every 21 days for up to 6 - 9 Cycles. The total study duration will be approximately 3 years . There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic and may require frequent medical assessments, blood tests, and scans.

RecruitingThis study will help find the most suitable dose of ASP546C in people with gastric cancer, gastroesophageal junction (GEJ) cancer, pancreatic cancer, and other specific solid tumors. GEJ is where the food pipe (esophagus) joins the stomach. This study is in 2 parts. In both parts of the study, ASP546C will be given once in 3-week cycles. It will be given slowly through a tube into a vein. This is called an infusion. In Part 1, people with gastric cancer or GEJ cancer can take part. They will receive an infusion of either a higher dose or a lower dose of ASP546C. In Part 2, people with pancreatic cancer or who have one of the other solid tumors can take part. Part 2 doesn't include people with gastric cancer or GEJ cancer. All people in this part of the study will receive an infusion of the higher dose of ASP546C. People will visit the clinic on certain days to receive ASP546C and have health checks. The number of visits and checks done during the study will depend on the health of each person and whether they are still receiving infusions of ASP546C.

RecruitingThis phase III trial studies how well active surveillance help doctors to monitor subjects with low risk germ cell tumors for recurrence after their tumor is removed. When the germ cell tumor has spread outside of the organ in which it developed, it is considered metastatic. Chemotherapy drugs, such as bleomycin, carboplatin, etoposide, and cisplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. The trial studies whether carboplatin or cisplatin is the preferred chemotherapy to use in treating metastatic standard risk germ cell tumors.

RecruitingThis phase III trial compares the effect of giving triptorelin vs no triptorelin in preventing ovarian damage in adolescents and young adults (AYAs) with cancer receiving chemotherapy with alkylating agents. Alkylating agents are part of standard chemotherapy, but may cause damage to the ovaries. If the ovaries are not working well or completely shut down, then it will be difficult or impossible to get pregnant in the future. Triptorelin works by blocking certain hormones and causing the ovaries to slow down or pause normal activity. The triptorelin used in this study stays active in the body for 24 weeks or about 6 months after a dose is given. After triptorelin is cleared from the body, the ovaries resume normal activities. Adding triptorelin before the start of chemotherapy treatment may reduce the chances of damage to the ovaries.

RecruitingStudy CP-MGD019-03 is an open-label study of lorigerlimab in participants with platinum-resistant ovarian cancer (PROC) or clear cell gynecologic cancer (CCGC). Approximately 80 participants will be enrolled. The study will assess the efficacy and safety of lorigerlimab in participants with PROC or CCGC. Participants will receive lorigerlimab by intravenous (IV) infusion on Day 1 of every 21-day treatment cycle. Treatment cycles will continue until progression of cancer, unacceptable side effects, withdrawal of consent by the participant, or the study ends. Participants will be monitored closely for side effects by physical exam and routine laboratory tests every cycle. Tumor status will be checked approximately every 9 weeks for the first year, then every 12 weeks for the duration of treatment. Participants will have a safety followup performed within 30 days after treatment discontinuation. Participants who discontinue study treatment for reasons other than progression of cancer, will continue CA-125 and tumor assessments every 12 weeks. Participants who discontinue study treatment for progression of cancer will enter the 6-month survival follow up portion of the study.

RecruitingStudy QXL138AM-001 is a Phase 1a/1b study to investigate the safety, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary activity of QXL138AM in subjects with locally advanced un-resectable and/or metastatic solid tumors and multiple myeloma. The study is an open-label, multicenter, first in human study to be conducted in two major parts which are further organized into two sub-parts. Part A Dose Escalation is a modified 3+3 with the first two cohorts consisting of one subject each based on the low clinical starting dose. Dose escalation in solid tumors (Part A1) will be followed by dose finding in multiple myeloma (Part A2).
