RecruitingThis phase II trial studies the effect of capecitabine and temozolomide after surgery in treating patients with high-risk well-differentiated pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors. Chemotherapy drugs, such as capecitabine and temozolomide, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving capecitabine and temozolomide after surgery could prevent or delay the return of cancer in patients with high-risk well-differentiated pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors.

RecruitingThe standard of care for a patient with resectable pancreatic is to perform pancreatic resection which, even in the modern era is associated with significant complications and impact on quality of life, often in the setting of poor survival even in the best scenario. Currently, there is a lack of data on patient quality of life after such procedures, how quality of life changes throughout the course of care, and whether patients who undergo these procedures are satisfied with their decision. This research is aimed to understand the impact of pancreatic surgery on patients' quality of life, how that impact changes over time, and patient satisfaction (or regret) with their decisions. This work will help improve the pre-operative conversation to help patients decide whether undergoing a pancreatic resection aligns with their post-operative goals of care.

RecruitingThis phase II trial investigates how well the addition of olaparib following completion of surgery and chemotherapy works in treating patients with pancreatic cancer that has been surgically removed (resected) and has a pathogenic mutation in BRCA1, BRCA2, or PALB2. Olaparib is an inhibitor of PARP, an enzyme that helps repair deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) when it becomes damaged. Blocking PARP may help keep tumor cells from repairing their damaged DNA, causing them to die. PARP inhibitors are a type of targeted therapy.

RecruitingThis is a study to evaluate the safety and potential anti-tumor activity of an investigational agent called ARV-806 in Adults with Advanced Cancer having a specific KRAS mutation. This is an open-label study which means that participants and study staff will know that all participants will receive ARV-806. Researchers think that ARV-806 can work by breaking down a specific protein with a mutation that is present in some tumors, which might help prevent or slow tumors from growing. This will be the first time ARV-806 will be used in people. The investigational drug will be given through a vein. This is called intravenous (IV) infusion. This study will include 2 parts. In Part A (Phase 1), different small groups of participants will receive lower to higher doses of ARV-806. Adults with advanced cancers having a specific KRAS mutation will be included. In Part B (Phase 2), participants will be assigned to receive one of up to 2 dose levels decided by the information from Part A. Part B will include participants with advanced pancreatic ductal cancer having a specific KRAS mutation.

RecruitingObjective: To collect information on how often a solid tumor cancer might lose the Human Leukocyte Antigen (HLA) by next generation sequencing and perform apheresis to collect and store an eligible participant's own T cells for future use to make CAR T-Cell therapy for their disease treatment. Design: This is a non-interventional, observational study to evaluate participants with solid tumors with a high risk of relapse for incurable disease. No interventional therapy will be administered on this study. Some of the information regarding the participant's tumor analysis may be beneficial to management of their disease. Participants that meet all criteria may be enrolled and leukapheresed (blood cells collected). The participant's cells will be processed and stored for potential manufacture of CAR T-cell therapy upon relapse of their cancer.

RecruitingThis clinical trial is studying advanced solid tumors. Solid tumors are cancers that start in a part of your body like your lungs or liver instead of your blood. Once tumors have grown bigger in one place but haven't spread, they're called locally advanced. If your cancer has spread to other parts of your body, it's called metastatic. When a cancer has gotten so big it can't easily be removed or has spread to other parts of the body, it is called unresectable. These types of cancer are harder to treat. Participants in this study must have cancer that has come back or did not get better with treatment. Participants must have a solid tumor cancer that can't be treated with standard of care drugs. This clinical trial uses an experimental drug called PF-08046050. PF-08046050 is a type of antibody-drug conjugate or ADC. ADCs are designed to stick to cancer cells and kill them. They may also stick to some normal cells. This study will test the safety of PF-08046050 in participants with solid tumors that are hard to treat or have spread throughout the body. This study has 5 different study parts. Part A and Part B of the study will find out how much PF-08046050 should be given to participants. Part C will use the information from Parts A and B to see if PF-08046050 is safe and if it works to treat certain solid tumor cancers. Part D and E of the study, together with information from Parts A and B, will find out how much PF-08046050 should be given in combination with other anti-cancer agents. Part E will use the information from Parts A, B, and D to see if PF-08046050 is safe in combination with other anti-cancer agents and if it works to treat a certain solid tumor.

FGFR genes are genes that, when altered, can lead to and promote the growth of cancer in patients. Researchers want to test if using pemigatinib can block the function of these abnormal FGFR genes and prevent the tumor from growing and whether treatment can help improve overall quality of life.

RecruitingThis phase III trial compares the effect of adding panitumumab to standard chemotherapy (with nanoliposomal Irinotecan, leucovorin, and 5-fluorouracil \[5-FU\] or irinotecan, leucovorin, and 5-FU or nab-paclitaxel and gemcitabine) versus standard chemotherapy alone in treating patients with KRAS wild type (WT) pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma that cannot be removed by sugery (unresectable) or that has spread to nearby tissue or lymph nodes (locally advanced) or that has spread from where it first started (primary site) to other places in the body (metastatic). Panitumumab is a monoclonal antibody that may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. A monoclonal antibody is a type of protein that can bind to certain targets in the body, such as molecules that cause the body to make an immune response (antigens). Chemotherapy drugs, such as nanoliposomal irinotecan, leucovorin, 5-FU, irinotecan, nab-paclitaxel and gemcitabine, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading.
