A Trial of AMXI-5001 for Treatment in Patients With Advanced Malignancies
NCT04503265 · Advanced Malignant Neoplasm, Breast Cancer, Ovarian Cancer
RecruitingATLAS-101 is a Phase I/II clinical trial of AMXI-5001 in adult participants with advanced malignancies who have previously failed other therapies. The study has two phases. The purpose of Phase I (Dose Escalation) is to confirm the appropriate treatment dose and Phase II (Dose Expansion) is to characterize the safety and efficacy of AMXI-5001.

NCT05125016 · Metastatic Castration-resistant Prostate Cancer
RecruitingThis study is researching an investigational drug called REGN4336. Some participants may receive additional investigational drugs in combination with REGN4336. These additional drugs include REGN5678, cemiplimab and sarilumab. The main purpose of this study is to determine the safety, tolerability (how the body reacts to the drug) and effectiveness of REGN4336 alone, in combination with cemiplimab, or in combination with REGN5678. REGN4336, cemiplimab and REGN5678 are a type of treatment for cancer called immunotherapy, and are intended to activate T-cells to attack cancer cells. This study has 2 parts. The purpose of Part 1 is to determine a safe dose of REGN4336 when given alone or when given in combination with cemiplimab or REGN5678. The purpose of Part 2 is to use the REGN4336 dose(s) determined in Part 1 to further test how well REGN4336 works to shrink tumors either when given alone or in combination with cemiplimab or REGN5678. This study is looking at several other research questions, including: * What side effects may happen from taking REGN4336 alone, in combination with cemiplimab, or in combination with REGN5678? * How much REGN4336 is in the blood at different times when it is given alone, in combination with cemiplimab, or in combination with REGN5678? * Does the body make antibodies against the study drugs (REGN4336, cemiplimab, or REGN5678)?

NCT06785441 · Prostate Cancer
RecruitingThis protocol describes pilot testing of an educational shared decision-making intervention to help men with localized prostate cancer make decisions with their health care providers about if and when to de-escalate surveillance testing. The project is important because for many patients their cancer does not progress to the point of needed curative treatment or their health status changes such that they are no longer good candidates for treatment. For these men, de-escalating ongoing surveillance (e.g., fewer biopsies or imaging studies) is a reasonable option.

NCT05691465 · Metastatic Prostate Adenocarcinoma With Neuroendocrine Differentiation, Metastatic Prostate Neuroendocrine Carcinoma, Metastatic Prostate Small Cell Neuroendocrine Carcinoma
RecruitingThis phase II trial studies how well lutetium Lu 177 dotatate works in treating patients with prostate cancer with neuroendocrine differentiation that has spread to other places in the body (metastatic). Neuroendocrine differentiation refers to cells that have traits of both hormone-producing endocrine cells and nerve cells. These cells release hormones into the blood in response to a signal from the nervous system. Hormones are biological substances that circulate through the bloodstream to control the activity of other organs or cells in the body. Lutetium Lu 177-dotatate is a radioactive drug. It binds to a protein called somatostatin receptor, which is found on some neuroendocrine tumor cells. Lutetium Lu 177-dotatate builds up in these cells and gives off radiation that may kill them. It is a type of radioconjugate and a type of somatostatin analog. Treatment with Lutetium Lu 177 dotatate may shrink the tumor in a way that can be measured in patients with metastatic prostate cancer with neuroendocrine differentiation.

NCT05043012 · Prostate Cancer
RecruitingMultiparametric MRI (mpMRI) of the prostate is an important tool for diagnosis of clinically significant prostate cancer (csPCa) in men with an elevated serum prostate specific antigen, which can decrease the rate of unnecessary biopsies and reduce the incidence of over-diagnosis of non-csPCa. Furthermore, there is evidence that MRI is more accurate in detecting high-grade (Gleason grade group ≥3) versus low grade cancers (Gleason grade group \<2) and therefore may serve as a useful adjunct to prostate-specific antigen (PSA) testing, digital rectal examination, and prostatic biopsy to detect cancers that require definitive treatment as opposed to active surveillance. Many investigators, including our group, have shown the utility of preoperative mpMRI to assess the local extent of prostate cancer and for surgical planning.

NCT06910657 · Colorectal Cancer, Pancreatic Cancer, Melanoma
RecruitingThis is a Phase I clinical trial evaluating an investigational treatment called IDOV-Immune, a type of oncolytic virus therapy, for adults with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. Oncolytic viruses are designed to infect and destroy cancer cells and have the potential to stimulate the immune system to fight the tumor. The purpose of this study is to determine the safety of IDOV-Immune, how well it is tolerated, and to identify the highest dose that can be safely given. Researchers will also study how the drug behaves in the body, how the immune system responds to it, and whether it shows any signs of shrinking tumors. Participants will receive a single intravenous (IV) infusion of IDOV-Immune and will be closely monitored for side effects and any changes in their cancer. This study is being conducted at multiple sites in the United States and Australia.

NCT04729114 · Prostate Cancer, Metastatic Castration Resistant Prostate Cancer, Metastatic Castration-sensitive Prostate Cancer
RecruitingMedicines that reduce the amount of testosterone in the body are commonly used to treat prostate cancer. PRL-02 depot is a potential treatment for men with advanced prostate cancer. It is given by an injection into the muscle. Men with advanced prostate cancer can take part in this study. Their cancer has come back after previous cancer treatment, or the previous cancer treatment they had didn't work. The main aims of the study are: * to check the safety of PRL-02 depot given with and without another medicine called enzalutamide. * to check if the men can tolerate PRL-02 depot given with or without enzalutamide. * to find a suitable dose of PRL-02 depot. This study will be in 2 parts. In the first part, different small groups of men will receive lower to higher doses of PRL-02 depot together with other medicines. In the second part of the study, men who have previously taken a hormone therapy called abiraterone acetate or have previously taken 1 specific hormone therapy as part of their prostate cancer treatment can take part. Men in both parts of the study will receive injections of PRL-02 depot into a muscle once every 12 weeks. They will also take dexamethasone or prednisone, or enzalutamide once a day. The other medicines they take depend on which group and which part of the study they are in. During the study, the men will visit the clinic several times for health checks and scans. After the final visit, men whose cancer has not become worse will continue to have health checks and scans every few months.
