RecruitingThe goal of this study is to test A2B395, an allogeneic logic-gated Tmod™ CAR T-cell product in subjects with solid tumors including colorectal cancer (CRC), non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC), triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC), renal cell carcinoma (RCC) and other solid tumors that express EGFR and have lost HLA-A\*02 expression. The main questions this study aims to answer are: * Phase 1: What is the recommended dose of A2B395 that is safe for patients * Phase 2: Does the recommended dose of A2B395 kill the solid tumor cells and protect the patient's healthy cells Participants will be required to perform study procedures and assessments, and will also receive the following study treatments: * Enrollment in BASECAMP-1 (NCT04981119) * Preconditioning lymphodepletion (PCLD) regimen * A2B395 Tmod CAR T cells at the assigned dose

RecruitingThis pilot clinical trial looks at whether patient navigation services, an interactive web education intervention, called Current Together After Cancer (CTAC), or both navigation and CTAC works to improve the uptake of surveillance in patients with stage I-III colorectal cancer (CRC). Post-treatment surveillance is critical to detect recurrence early, yet many CRC survivors do not receive recommended surveillance care. Surveillance is a complex process that includes laboratory tests, cross-sectional imaging, and endoscopic procedures. Patient navigation services, interactive web education, or a combination of both may improve surveillance care for patients with stage I-III colorectal cancer.

RecruitingColon cancer is the second most common cancer in men and women. It is a disease that can be prevented if it is found early. Colonoscopy is still the best screening tool for colon cancer and the polyps that turn into colon cancer. However, due to a variety of factors, including affordability, time, and age, not all patients are able to be screened. Researchers are working on other options for early detection that are as accurate as colonoscopy. The purpose of this study if to determine if stool or blood can be used to detect colon cancers as early or earlier than colonoscopy. The researchers plan to use these samples to learn about specific proteins (also known as biomarkers) that may indicate colon polyps, colon cancer or an increased risk of developing colon cancer. In order to learn more about preventing and detecting colon and rectal cancer, we are collecting samples from subjects with cancer, adenomas, and colonoscopies who may be at risk for polyps.

RecruitingPhase 1 dose escalation will determine the first cycle dose-limiting toxicities (DLTs), the maximum tolerated dose (MTD), the biologically effective dose and recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) of repotrectinib given to adult subjects with advanced solid malignancies harboring an ALK, ROS1, NTRK1, NTRK2, or NTRK3 gene rearrangement. Midazolam DDI substudy will examine effect of of repotrectinib on CYP3A induction. Phase 2 will determine the confirmed Overall Response Rate (ORR) as assessed by Blinded Independent Central Review (BICR) of repotrectinib in each subject population expansion cohort of advanced solid tumors that harbor a ROS1, NTRK1, NTRK2, or NTRK3 gene rearrangement. The secondary objective will include the duration of response (DOR), time to response (TTR), progression-free survival (PFS), overall survival (OS) and clinical benefit rate (CBR) of repotrectinib in each expansion cohort of advanced solid tumors that harbor a ROS1, NTRK1, NTRK2, or NTRK3 gene rearrangement.

RecruitingThis phase III trial evaluates whether a web-based intervention called Current Together after Cancer (CTAC) works to increase the number of patients with surgically removed (resected) colorectal cancer who receive surveillance care that aligns with current guidelines (guideline-concordant). Surveillance care after resection of colorectal cancer is critical to detect potentially curable return of disease (recurrence), yet up to 60% of colorectal cancer survivors fail to receive surveillance. This may be due to a lack of knowledge about the purpose of surveillance care and the risks of cancer recurrence, or a lack of confidence for managing surveillance care. The CTAC intervention is an online education intervention designed to improve patients' knowledge about surveillance and their self-efficacy for managing surveillance, and to promote effective communication with supporters and supporter engagement in patients' surveillance in a way that is aligned with each patient's preferences. By increasing a patient's knowledge, self-efficacy, and satisfaction with their supporter's engagement in their care, the CTAC intervention may increase the number of patients who receive guideline-concordant surveillance care after resection of colorectal cancer.
